The opening round of the new season did not disappoint – the eight matches played produced several surprising results. Czarni Węgrów and Victoria Kałuszyn were the first to take to the league pitches, and the newly promoted side from Kałuszyn sprang a big surprise, opening the campaign with an emphatic victory. Meanwhile, the meeting between Zryw Sobolew and Mazovia II Mińsk Mazowiecki, relegated from the fifth division, ended in a draw.

The most impressive win of the weekend went to Victoria Kałuszyn, who beat Czarni Węgrów 4:0 away from home. Igor Madziar was the hero of the match, scoring all four goals for the winners. The visitors went into the break with a two-goal cushion, and after the restart Madziar added two more strikes to seal the convincing victory.

Fans in Unin were treated to seven goals as the local side Orzeł lost 3:4 to Watra Mrozy. The visitors found the net twice before half-time to lead by a single goal, then added two more after the break. Filip Kąca produced a superb performance, completing a hat-trick with goals in the 37th, 70th and 90th minutes. Orzeł's goals came from Szymon Żaczek (from the penalty spot), Bartłomiej Walenda and Bartosz Jeleń, but the hosts couldn't find the equaliser they needed.

Naprzód Skórzec made a successful start to the campaign, winning 2:1 at MKS Małkinia. The visitors built a two-goal lead before half-time thanks to strikes from Michał Mruz and Tomasz Nieścieruk. Krystian Sadowski's second-half goal proved no more than a consolation for the hosts.

Fenix Siennica also brought three points home from their travels, seeing off ULKS Gołąbek 3:1. After a goalless opening, the visitors took the lead in the 34th minute through Dariusz Osica. The hosts levelled quickly after the break, but Fenix had the final say – Osica struck again, and Dawid Matak wrapped up the scoring.

Jastrząb Żeliszew comfortably dispatched ŁDK Łosice 3:0 at home, keeping a clean sheet. Jakub Grzebieliszewski opened the scoring, and after the interval Kacper Dymowski and Marcel Płoch also found the net.

Podlasie II Sokołów Podlaski likewise claimed maximum points with a 3:1 away win over Płomień Dębe Wielkie. The visitors opened the scoring early through Jakub Kozaczuk, and Paweł Buczyński doubled the advantage before half-time. Piotr Czajka's goal gave the hosts hope, but Bartłomiej Czerkas's second-half strike made it 3:1 and ended any thoughts of a comeback.

Our Sęp Żelechów opened the season with a 2:2 away draw against newly promoted Wilga Miastków Kościelny. The hosts took the lead from the penalty spot through Szymon Wasilka, but Sęp's response was almost immediate – Sebastian Wdowiak equalised in the 42nd minute. After the break our team seized the initiative, and in the 56th minute Łukasz Gendek put them in front. Wilga refused to give up, though – two minutes later Wojciech Zieliński capitalised on a huge mix-up in our defence and made it 2:2. In the end, the two sides shared the points on opening day.

Zryw Sobolew drew 1:1 at home with Mazovia II Mińsk Mazowiecki. After a goalless first half, Oliwier Przybylski put the visitors ahead, but in the 82nd minute Mateusz Kiliszek equalised to salvage a point for the hosts.

After the first round of fixtures, Victoria Kałuszyn sit top of the table, boasting the best goal difference in the league. Jastrząb Żeliszew, Fenix Siennica, Podlasie II Sokołów Podlaski, Watra Mrozy and Naprzód Skórzec also made winning starts. Sęp Żelechów sit 7th with one point, with Wilga Miastków Kościelny just behind them.
