Matchday 12 Preview – Siedlce District League 2026/27 Season
The 12th round of the Siedlce District League is just ahead, bringing us closer to the end of the autumn half of the season. League leaders Mazovia II Mińsk Mazowiecki will face ŁDK Łosice away from home, while second-placed Watra Mrozy will take on bottom-of-the-table Czarni Węgrów. With just two points separating the top two teams, the battle for first place remains wide open. Another interesting encounter will see Orzeł Unin face Wilga Miastków Kościelny. Both teams have 19 points and are looking to maintain their positions near the top of the table.
On Sunday, Sęp Żelechów will travel to Sobolew to face local rivals Zryw. The hosts currently sit fifth in the table with 19 points, while our team occupies eighth place, just two points behind. In the previous round, Zryw suffered a 4–1 defeat against Wilga Miastków Kościelny, bringing their three-match winning streak to an end. Sęp, meanwhile, secured a 2–1 home victory over Płomień Dębe Wielkie, thanks to goals from Szymon Kryczka and Krystian Dadas.
Sunday's match will give our team an opportunity to add to their points tally and move ahead of Zryw in the league standings. However, it will not be easy, as derby matches against Zryw are always challenging. Hopefully, we can build on our recent victory, maintain our good form, and return from Sobolew with all three points.
The match will take place on Sunday, October 25, at 1:30 PM, in Sobolew. The refereeing team will consist of Mateusz Halulko, Kamil Przedlacki, and Marcin Marciniewicz, with Tomasz Dąbrowa serving as the match delegate.
