Summary of the 1st Round of the Siedlce District League 2024/25 Season

Orzeł Unin hosted the second team of Mazovia Mińsk Mazowiecki last Saturday. The visitors easily overcame coach Rafał Głąbicki’s team, winning 4-0 with two goals from Bartosz Malesa and further strikes from Daniel Smuga and Szymon Gójski.

Sęp Żelechów played a fairly even match against Płomień Dębe Wielkie, a team relegated from the 5th league. Unfortunately, simple mistakes allowed the slightly more experienced opponent to capitalize on them and secure a 3-1 victory.

Hutnik Huta Czechy traveled to Siennica, where they fought a tough battle against the local team Fenix. In the end, the hosts tipped the scales in their favor, with Konrad Pawlak and Dariusz Osica scoring in the second half.

Zryw Sobolew faced last season's league runners-up, Wektra Zbuczyn, in their first match. The first half ended in a 2-2 draw, but in the second half, the Zbuczyn team was much more effective. In this part of the match, Zryw could only respond with a single goal from Przemysław Komar to Wektra’s three, and they ultimately had to accept a 3-5 defeat.
