Summary of the 26th Round of Matches in the Siedlce Regional League for the 2023/24 Season

Not long ago, we witnessed a match in Żelechów where the Czarni Węgrów team unusually scored 2 own goals. As it turns out, this is not an entirely isolated incident in our league recently.

Last Sunday, there was a match between two top-table teams. In Łosice, the local ŁDK players faced ULKS Gołąbek. The visitors started the match brilliantly, leading by two goals within just over fifteen minutes, scored by Michał Sulej and Jakub Ejsymont. Everything was going according to the plan for coach Adrian Czerski's team until the 23rd minute when Mateusz Michalak scored an own goal, making it 1:2. Gołąbek almost held the lead until halftime, but in the third minute of stoppage time, Kacper Wyrzykowski scored for ŁDK, making it 2:2.

In the second half, after a few minutes of play, the hosts took the lead 3:2 when, in the 56th minute, Roman Bilinskyj accidentally sent the ball into his own net, marking the second own goal of the day by the visitors. The end of the match went completely against Gołąbek. In the 85th minute, Paweł Nicipor extended ŁDK's lead to 4:2, and in the fourth and sixth minutes of stoppage time, Łukasz Naumion added 2 more goals, and the match ended with a 6:2 score.
