Sęp - MKS Małkinia: 5:3 win after an entertaining match and first-half comeback

On Friday afternoon, our team played an engaging match and defeated MKS Małkinia at home. We took the lead as early as the 9th minute thanks to a goal from Szymon Kryczka. Unfortunately, the next two goals were scored by the visitors, with Kacper Różański finding the net twice. Fortunately, Sęp equalized before halftime – in the 33rd minute, Szymon Kryczka confidently converted a penalty.
The second half went much better for us. In the 58th minute, Sebastian Wdowiak headed the ball into the net after a corner delivered by Mikołaj Głodek to make it 3:2. Six minutes later, Hubert Król struck from the edge of the box, surprising the Małkinia goalkeeper and increasing the lead to 4:2. In the 68th minute, it was already 5:2, with Michał Licbarski finishing a well-worked move with Szymon Kowalski.

In the closing stages, the visitors capitalized on a defensive error and, in the 89th minute, Jakub Kalbarczyk scored to make it 5:3 with a powerful shot from close range. Małkinia had one more clear chance, but in a one-on-one situation Mateusz Bryl made an excellent save to deny them another goal.
