Preview of Round 29 of the Siedlce District League - 2025/26 Season
We are currently in the middle of the extended June holiday weekend, which means that the Round 29 fixtures are being played over the course of four days. The first two matches were already played on Thursday, while today Hutnik Huta Czechy will take on Jastrząb Żeliszew. The remaining fixtures will be played as usual on Saturday and Sunday.
In the penultimate match of the season, our team will travel to Siennica to face Fenix Siennica, who currently sit fifth in the league table. Our upcoming opponents have been in very similar form to Sęp in recent weeks. Over their last five league matches, the Siennica side have recorded two wins, two draws, and one defeat - exactly the same record as our team.
Fenix will have the advantage of playing on their home ground, but we hope to cause an upset and return to Żelechów with a positive result.
The match is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, at 3:00 PM. The officiating team will consist of Arkadiusz Pazdyka, Krzysztof Sęktas, and Szymon Wadas.
